Character Modifiers
These inventory items affect characters in different ways. Effects are permanent unless specified otherwise.

| Modify Gear | Redistribute the existing points in any/all of your weapons, armors, and other custom equipment. | $500.00 |
| Mystery Boost | Provides +1 permanent bonus to a random skill. Roll a D8 to determine skill. (1 = Physical, 2 = Mental, 3 = Emotional, etc.) | $800.00 |
| Regenesis | Transforms individual into a different race. Character loses original race (and all its rules/bonuses), gains a new race chosen by the owner of this item, and applies the new race’s rules/bonuses. | $5,000.00 |
| Skill Reset | All Character Points assigned to skills may be reassigned to skills differently. | $2,000.00 |
| Stat Reset | All Character Points assigned to stats may be reassigned to stats differently. | $4,000.00 |
Disable Characters
These inventory items temporarily disable characters in different ways.

| Foul Flavor | Target character is overwhelmed by a terrible flavor for 3 turns, preventing him/her from tasting anything else. | $25.00 |
| Mute Box | Prevents target character from speaking for 3 turns. | $25.00 |
| Numb Touch | Causes target character to be unable to feel any touch or physical sensations for 3 turns. | $25.00 |
| Stasis Field | Target character cannot move from his/her current location or position for 3 turns. However, target character can still take other actions. | $25.00 |
Cures and Reversals
Cures and reverses unwanted status effects and transformations.

| Elixir | Reverses any transformation or status change caused by any equipment, super power, race, class, special, inventory item, and/or story event. 25% chance of failure. Roll “6″ through “20″ on a D20 to succeed. |

| Holy Water | Cures a victim that has been turned into a vampire, returning him/her to normal. 75% chance of failure. Roll “4″ on a D4 to succeed. |

| Silver Fang | Cures a victim that has been turned into a werewolf, returning him/her to normal. 75% chance of failure. Roll “4″ on a D4 to succeed. |

| Quickening | Reduces the Turn Duration by D20 turns on any power/equipment/inventory item currently affecting a target character. | $100.00 |
| Reversal | Changes and redirects the “target” of a power, equipment, or inventory item to any other target. Can be used as a defensive action after being attacked. | $2,000.00 |
| Zombie Powder | Cures a victim that has been turned into a zombie, returning him/her to normal. 75% chance of failure. Roll “4″ on a D4 to succeed. |

These inventory items do a variety of things. You may have to roll a dice to determine the effect’s duration for some of these.

| Good Luck Ring | The Story Master brings extra good luck to whomever wears this ring for D12 turns or minutes. Appears identical to Bad Luck Ring. | $500.00 |
| Hallucinogen | Target character sees strange things that aren’t really there for D8 turns or minutes. | $50.00 |
| Laughing Gas | Everyone within 100 ft laughs uncontrollably for D20 minutes. | $100.00 |
| Love Potion #9 | Any two people who drink this potion fall totally, irresistibly, and eternally in love with each other. | $700.00 |
| Magic Feather | Makes target character float/levitate constantly for D8 turns or hours. | $200.00 |
| Mega Mushroom | Target character enlarges to 10x size for D12 turns or hours. | $300.00 |
| Mini Mushroom | Target character shrinks to 1/10th size for D12 turns or hours. | $300.00 |
| Switch Sides | Target character becomes good (if normally evil) or evil (if normally good) for D20 turns or hours. Determine if normally good or evil based on Fame points. | $1,500.00 |
| Tiresias Potion | Drink this and transform into the opposite sex for D12 turns or days. | $125.00 |
| Universal Translator | Translates any language and provides +20 Social per level for D8 turns or minutes. | $200.00 |
